Multi Direct is a family owned business that operates call centres to fundraise for charities. The company returns much needed funds to each charity so that they can deliver services and benefits to the community.

How does Multi Direct funds to the charity?
When a call is made by one of our trained operators, our primary aim is to sell the charity’s cause and the services/research it provides. The supporter is offered a range of products to purchase, with part proceeds from the sale going to help support the charity. Some of the products have the charity logo printed on the product which reinforces the profile of the charity.
Once the sale has occurred a percentage of the gross sale value is returned to the charity. The charity does not have to outlay any funds for products, postage, customer contact staff or any other expenses in the call making process.
Multi Direct has provided funds over the past 17 years to such charities as the RSPCA (in all states except Vic), North Shore Heart Research, Bowel Cancer Australia, Huntington’s Disease Association, Heart Kids Qld and the Disabled Children’s Foundation. The estimated return of funds to these charities over the years is more than $15 million dollars.
